Do I get an email notification if somebody leaves me a comment in Lab Thread?

By default, notifications will be highlighted within the app; click on the bell icon in the top right to see new notifications. Additionally, you will receive actionable notifications (such as a task assignments, sharing designs, mentions or requests for approval) via email, allowing you to take action directly from your inbox.The system will also automatically send you a “round up” email highlighting any unactioned review requests at the beginning of each week. 

Can I import my existing sequence files into Lab Thread?
